Online Registrations will be active from September 30, 2017


The Organizing Team is expecting registration of 1500-1800 delegates. Registration can be easily done online, using the form provided here. Online filled form can be printed for records as well as to send along with payment made by DD / Cheque at par. Forms are simple and carry details of registration fees, tariffs and payment instructions.

  1. All payments should be made by DD / Cheque at par in favour of “IIF A/c INDIAN FOUNDRY CONGRESS” payable at Kolkata or online by using credit card.

  2. Registration received after November 30, 2017 will be accepted, but delegate kit will be issued subject to availability.
  3. Refund will be made for cancellation request received by November 30, 2017 after deducting Rs.500/- as handling fee Rs.1000/- No requests for refund will be accepted after November 30, 2017
  4. IIF Company Members can substitute names of delegates upto November 30, 2017
  5. Foreign delegates and speakers may register in advance. They may, however, pay on arrival at Registration Desk in cash or by card.
  6. Considering constrains of the resources, registration will be closed once the number of registrations is reached. Organizing team reserves the rights to short close or extend the last date of registration.
  7. On Spot registration may not be available, so please register in advance.
  8. Confirmation of Registration will be sent only after realization of payment.
  9. A registered delegate will receive a Pen drive of Technical Papers and hard copy of “Journey to the Center of Melting Pot” – Case Study volume free of cost.
  10. During event days, limited pick-up and drop off facilities will be available to registered delegates between recommended hotels / pick-up points to Congress venue and back to the hotel / drop off points on SIC basis.
