He has a PhD in Business Administration from the Carlson School of Management, University of Minnesota, USA and M.S. in Applied Economics from the University of Minnesota, USA and a B.Tech. in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur, India
Nirupama Soundararajan currently works as Senior Fellow at Pahle India Foundation (PIF). She has set up the Financial Sector Research Unit at PIF. Prior to this she worked as Additional Director and Team Lead for the Financial Sector Division at the Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FICCI) where she was the lead author on the landmark report on "Why India Needs a Gold Policy." She also worked as Assistant General Manager - Economist in the Department of Strategy and Economic Intelligence with Bank of India, Head Office, Mumbai. She started her research career with the Indian Council for Research on International Economic Relations (ICRIER) where she co-authored the book titled 'Retail in India' (July 2009) published by Academic Foundation. She has worked extensively on the impact of organized retail on farmers. She obtained an MSc. in Financial Economics and is an MBA (Finance) from Cardiff University, UK. She is currently pursuing her Post Graduate Diploma in Finance and Financial Law from Centre for Financial and Management Studies (CeFiMS), University of London. Her broad areas of interest are related to macroeconomics, gold, finance and financial services, retail and e-commerce, commodities and education.
Ajay has come with over 13 years of experience in Wealth Management- Equities & Fixed income securities, Sales , Product & Business development. Before joining Capital float he was with Kotak Mahindra Group since 2003 and was instrumental in setting up its distribution channel for Portfolio Management, Mutual funds, Financial planning & NRI services. In his last assignment with Kotak Securities he was Head of Products responsible for building the Mobile & Desktop trading platforms, Product development, process re-engineering, business and customer Analytics apart from driving revenues through Value added services and CVM of self-directed clients. Ajay is a Certified Financial Planner and MBA in finance from KJ Somaiya institute – Mumbai University.
Abhay is responsible for articulating the digital needs for the consumer banking businesses covering acquisition, fulfillment and service across all products and customer segments. He work's closely with the central digital team to enable digital solutions and ensure that we are able to build a differentiated customer experience and drive cost optimization in the consumer bank.
Abhay joins us from Airtel where he was the CEO for Airtel Online and was accountable for creating & running the largest set of online properties with a transaction value of almost USD 1.5 Billion. Prior to his stint with Airtel, Abhay has worked for Aviva and Citigroup for over 20 years in Financial Services across multiple roles in operations and technology.

Deepak Sharma heads Kotak Mahindra Bank’s digital initiatives where he drives digital transformation, business model innovation & future ready initiatives of the bank. He is responsible for efficiency, productivity, customer experience & growth of business through digital intervention across digital channels, lending, payments, investments, insurance, trade & forex, across Consumer, SME & Institutional banking segments. Deepak also leads the Innovation Lab, Design Studio, Fintech partnerships and Start-up ecosystem participation for the bank.
Under his leadership, Kotak launched several innovative and global first products like 811, Jifi, Hashtag banking, Bharat Banking, M-Store & Kaypay, apart from new initiatives like API Banking, BYOD Biometric Banking & Robotic Process Automation. Mr. Neralla is the CEO of atom technologies, one of India’s leading payments service providers focused on creating an end-to-end payments ecosystem over Internet, IVR, mobile and point-of-sale.
He is also the co-founder of Financial Technologies which created more than a dozen exchanges in India and across the globe like MCX India, Singapore Mercantile Exchange, Dubai Gold and Commodity Exchange etc.

Shri G. Padmanabhan is a post graduate in Economics (First Class- First) from the University of Kerala and an MBA (International Banking and Finance) from the Birmingham University, UK.
He joined Reserve Bank of India in March 1979 and was elevated as Executive Director on 4th July, 2011, the position from which he superannuated on 31st May, 2015. During his successful career in RBI, Shri Padmanabhan has handled various challenging assignments including Regional Director of a major regional office of RBI from November 2003 – April 2005 and Head of Department of Payment & Settlement Systems in the Bank.
As Executive Director in Reserve Bank of India, Shri Padmanabhan was looking after Department of Information and Technology, Department of Payment and Settlement Systems and Foreign Exchange Department.
Shri Padmanabhan has been appointed as Non-Executive Chairman of Bank of India on 14th August, 2015 for a period of three years.
Srikrishnan is currently the CEO of the proposed Payments Bank, promoted by Reliance Industries Ltd (RIL) with State Bank of India (SBI) as the JV Partner who have been granted an in-principle licence by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI). He currently oversees the group’s foray into the Payments & Financial service businesses that includes the introduction of JioMoney (PPI) in conjunction with Reliance’s 4G Jio telco launch.
In 2009, Srikrishnan co-founded VAYANA, a B2B Supply Chain Financing network & online product company serving over 35 Banks across India, Middle East & Africa. Srikrishnan was earlier the Executive Director, member of the Board and core member of the start-up executive team of YES Bank in India (2004-2008) providing overall strategic direction to the bank. He was involved in setting up the Bank and had direct responsibility for setting up Technology, Operations & Infrastructure for all Retail and Transactional Banking activities.

Jitendra was Founder and MD of Citrus Pay, a leading digital payments company
in India. Post acquisition of Citrus Pay by Naspers, he leads the consumer
businesses at the combined entity, PayU India, as their Managing Director.
He has more than 12 years of work experience in banking and financial services
industry and considered an expert in payments industry. Prior to Citrus, he was
working with ICICI bank for 7 years, wherein he was part of founding team of
Retail cross sell and Investment banking division in the bank. During his last
stint with the bank, he led the whole initiative of stitching a joint venture
between ICICI bank and First Data in Indian market. This was a unique JV ever
done between a bank and an independent payments company.
During his tenure at Citrus, he grew the company to a 300 member+ strong
team. Citrus counted its investors base from Sequoia Capital and E-context
Japan to Ascent Capital in Series C round. He also led Citrus to the largest allcash
deal in the fintech space in India, with the acquisition of Citrus by Naspers
Group in September 2016.

Loney Antony (Loney) is the Managing Director of Hitachi Payment Services and brings over 32 years of experience in the financial services industry. Prior to co-founding Prizm Payments, now Hitachi Payment Services, Loney was the Managing Director of Euronet Worldwide Services India Pvt. Ltd. (Euronet India), a 100% owned subsidiary of Euronet Worldwide which he started 14 years ago. He took Euronet India forward to become the largest company providing outsourced ATM services.
He also has to his credit the development of the largest multilateral ATM shared network called Cashnet. Prior to Euronet India, Loney was the Managing Director of NCR, India, one of the world's leading ATM manufacturers and he grew the business from a humble base of 100 ATMs to almost 7,000 ATMs. Prior to his role in NCR, Loney also held senior positions in DEC India, ABB and PriceWaterhouse. By training, Loney is a Chartered Accountant.
Manish Kumar Gupta joined DBS in 2015 and currently heads the product management function for the Consumer Banking franchise in India. He is responsible for managing both the branch banking and the recently launched digital banking (digibank) liabilities proposition in addition to managing payments & digital wallets for DBS India.
Manish has over 15 years of product management experience across consumer banking and transaction banking in India, Singapore and Hong Kong. Manish has held various senior roles in ICICI Bank, Deutsche Bank and HSBC Bank prior to joining DBS.

Sandeep has spent 13 years building & marketing payment products at leading Banks in India. Prior to TranServ, Sandeep was Senior Vice President and Head of Card Products at HSBC India where he was responsible for Product & Marketing Strategy, Card Spends and delivering a seamless customer experience by working in close co-ordination with other payment functions such as distribution, technology, operations, customer service, compliance and risk management. Sandeep has held a number of key positions in the cards business including the Merchant Acquiring Business.
Prior to HSBC, Sandeep was with ICICI Bank and was responsible for launching & promoting Bill Junction. Sandeep pioneered the concept of distributing online payment products through brick and mortar retail channels.

Mr Arora is the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Airtel Payments Bank. Prior to this, he was the CEO of Bharti Telemedia Ltd, a subsidiary of Bharti Airtel that provides DTH services. A MBA graduate from XLRI, Jamshedpur, Mr Arora started his career with HUL post which he joined Kotak Mahindra Bank as Group Marketing Head.
