2. Taj Land’s End:

Taj Land’s End is a part of the Taj Hotels Resorts and Palaces. Featured on the list of top ten event venues in India, it is one of Taj’s many luxurious hotels such as Vivanta by Taj, Taj Gateway, etc.. Situated at Bandstand, Bandra, the venue offers splendid accommodation with an awe-inspiring view.

But, it’s not just about the accommodation facilities. Taj Land’s End is also one of the best venues for business events in the city with multiple event rooms with a varying capacity of 100 to 1000, fully equipped with necessary amenities. 3. St. Regis, Mumbai:

One of the most recent events to be held at the venue is the Italy — India Investment Forum that was organized by the Confederation of Indian Industry.

The MMRDA grounds, established back in 1975 are a part of the Bandra-Kurla complex. The Bandra-Kurla complex is a planned commercial complex in Mumbai where offices of companies such as Amazon, Essar Group, etc. are located.

8. Nehru Science Centre:

The largest interactive science centre in India, Nehru Science Centre was inaugurated back in 1977. It was made open to the public by Rajiv Gandhi.Apart from its huge gallery showcasing a plethora of science exhibits, the center also has a conference room and an auditorium where multiple expos and events are held.

The auditorium can be rented out for huge events where is the Harmony Hall i.e. the conference room of the center provides 1500 sq.ft. of space with a capacity of 150 people. The most recent event held at the venue was the 102nd Indian National Science Congress.

9. Grand Sarovar Premiere:

Strategically located near the airport, the Grand Sarovar Premiere in Goregaon is a luxury business hotel. It provides a good alternative for hosting conferences and corporate gatherings.

The venue has 7 rooms and banquet halls in all with a varying capacity of 60 to 350 guests.It is a suitable venue for conferences and corporate gatherings. Events such as International Conference on Recent Advances in Medical, Medicine and Health Sciences, International Conference on Electrical and Electronics Engineering, etc. are held here.

10. The LaLiT, Mumbai:

The LaLiT, Mumbai is a luxury hotel that is conveniently located, just minutes away from the airport. This makes commutation really easy for the attendees. The hotel has 50,000 sq. ft. of space for various event rooms such as its majestic ballrooms and other conference rooms.

The ballroom can house up to 1000 people. The smaller venues are suitable for boardroom meetings and conferences. The hotel also has a plaza that can accommodate 250 to 2500 people for outdoor events. Events such as the Indo-Global Education Summit & Expo Mumbai are held here.

1. Victoria Menezes Convention Centre, IIT Bombay:

The IIT Bombay campus is located in Powai. Throughout the year, there are various on-campus events being held at the venue, the most popular being Mood Indigo, their annual college fest.

The Victoria Menezes Convention Centre is a part of the IITB campus. It has various seminar halls, lecture halls, conference rooms and auditoriums that can be rented out on per day basis. The auditorium can accommodate up to 380 people. The venues are ideal for conferences, meetings and corporate gatherings.

2. Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS) Convention Centre:

The Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS) Mumbai campus is located in Chembur. There are multiple schools within the campus itself.

The TISS Convention center has auditoriums whereby on campus events are held. The convention center can also be used for conducting business events, mainly conferences, lectures and seminars. The auditorium is equipped with proper facilities and is acoustically sound.

3. Jai Hind College Auditorium:

Jai Hind College is an institute of science located in Churchgate. The institute has a large campus. There are multiple clubs and societies on campus that organize various events throughout the year.

The auditoriums and audio-visual centers on the premises are available for seminars, symposiums and lectures. The auditorium itself can occupy up to 520 people. These venues can be rented on an hourly as well as a daily basis.

4. National Centre for Performing Arts:

The National Centre for Performing Arts (NCPA) is a multi-cultural center located near Nariman Point. It was inaugurated back in 1969 as a one of its kind multi-venue performing arts center.

NCPA has multiple venues consisting of auditoriums and theaters that can house up to 1000 people. These venues are used mainly for performing arts events, but the venues can also be rented out for business expos and exhibitions as well.
