There are various organizations and event organizers who plan and organize numerous events all-round the year may be in different cities or countries. To ease their problems of analyzing all the events one by one from the dashboard, we at Hubilo have come up with a feature which lets organizers view the overall analytics.

What’s overall analytics?

For event organizers, organizing and planning multiple events in one year, they can view the analytics of all their events at once from the dashboard and compare which one was the best or which provided the best ROI. The purpose is simple and straightforward to create and implement this feature so as to let organizers aware them of what was their best event for the year or which region the event was hosted performed well enough.

Benefits of Overall analytics for event organizers:

- Compare which event feature works the best in favor for them

- Analysis from dashboard made easy for event organizers

- Region wise segregation of analytics for all the events that have been organized

- Apply filters to get in-depth analytics comparison for various events organized

- Custom category addition

- Effortless management of overall data of events

What’s new in analytics?

Yes, the event organizers can effortlessly add filters and compare their events! Filters include results based on events, categories of events, countries, and dates. After implying the filter, the statistics and graph will appear for comparison displaying a number of events, attendance, revenue generated, tickets sold, app downloads, platform usage, networking and so on.

At some point of time if an event organizer wants to choose 2 kinds of event categories like one being entertainment (say award show) and other being the type of organization (say corporate/government), then the organizer can select Match All Filters.

Categories can be made custom and can include any type of categories like type of events, type of organizations, and so on.

One can also view the platform usage graph which depicts whether there were more app users or website users, also Androids and iOS pie chart as well. Furthermore, event organizers can find out what feature was most used and loved by the event attendees like event app, event website, event networking platform, gamification, news feed and so on.

If there were networking platform users, the analytics for those can also be seen like how many meeting requests were sent, how many of those were accepted, profile views and so on. Next comes the list of audience according to their geolocation based on countries as well as cities.

So, all the event organizers using Hubilo’s dashboard can see the overall analytics and plan and prepare for the upcoming events accordingly.
