A global tech giant leans on Hubilo’s customer support as an extension of their own team

How Veritas made virtually hosting 3,500+ attendees from three geographies look easy using Hubilo


As a top-ten data protection platform, Veritas has customers worldwide. At their annual customer event, Conquer Every Cloud, historically an in-person event, they provide education on the challenges of protecting data in a rapidly evolving cloud environment. For their first-ever digital edition of Conquer Every Cloud, the Veritas team knew they still needed to connect with customers in the same impactful ways they did when the event was at a physical site. As a result, Veritas decided to move to virtual events.


Conquer Every Cloud would be held across three different geographies--Australia & New Zealand (ANZ); Asia Pacific (APAC); and Europe, Middle East, Africa (EMEA). Adding to the complexity of disparate attendee locations, the event had at least two tracks with 24 sessions and speakers from various global locations. They would need an easy-to-use platform and top-notch customer support that was effective and readily available at any time. Unfortunately, Veritas’ previous experiences with several other virtual event platforms fell short in these areas. Knowing that their signature event would need to run seamlessly, the Veritas events team turned to Hubilo.

Veritas leveraged Hubilo for a comprehensive and engaging virtual conference that included  keynote sessions, technical breakouts, product announcements and new feature demos. Participants could ask questions in live chat, schedule one-on-one meetings with Veritas executives, and interact with their technical experts in  API lounges. 

The Veritas team loved Hubilo’s clutter-free administration dashboard, the ease of setting up their event, and most importantly, the fantastic attendee experience they were able to deliver through the platform. They also found Hubilo’s support team exceptionally easy to collaborate with, essentially becoming an extension of Veritas’ own team.

Having used several Virtual Event Platforms, Hubilo by far is the best amongst all.
The Admin Dash is clutter-free and easy to use, setting up an event is a cakewalk. The feather in the hat was the support and attentiveness to all requirements met by [our customer success manager], his professionalism was admirable throughout our virtual event journey on Hubilo. I have used the platform a couple of times and will recommend the same to clients in the future too.
